Open the Store Locator app and navigate to the Store's page.

Select the stores/locations that you want to delete.

After selecting the stores, click on the "More actions" button.

Click on "Delete Store" to remove the selected stores.

Again, click on the "Delete" button in the confirmation popup to permanently remove the selected stores.
