Open the Shipping Bar App and click on the "Edit" button for which you want to change Currency.

Skip the Template Tab and click on the Next button.
In the Configuration tab, select the Currency from the currency field. Also, select currency position in left or right to order value.
Then click on the Next button until the last steps.

Now, your currency changes are updated.
