How to generate AI fashion images step by step

Generating an AI fashion image in Lumez AI takes under 2 minutes from upload to final result. This guide walks you through every step of the image generation flow from the Studio page.
Before you start — what you need
• A clear product image of your garment or accessory (JPG, PNG, or WEBP format).
• The product should be photographed flat-lay, on a hanger, or against a clean background for best results.
• At least 2 credits available in your account (check your Credits Available tile in the Studio).
Step-by-step: generating an image
1. Go to the Studio by clicking 'Studio' in the left sidebar.
2. On the Studio page, click the 'Start Creating Images' button under the Generate Images card.
3. Upload your product image — drag and drop your file or click to browse and select it.
4. Select your AI model — choose the model that best suits your garment type (ethnic, western, casual, formal).
5. Choose a pose — select from the available pose options that work for your product.
6. Select a background — pick a solid color, gradient, or lifestyle background, or leave it as auto-selected.
7. Review your settings and click 'Generate'.
8. Wait for the AI to process your image. This typically takes 1 to 2 minutes.
9. Once complete, your image will appear in your My Creations gallery with a 'Completed' badge.

After generation — what you can do
• Download the image directly to your device.
• Publish it to your Shopify store with one click.
• Generate a video from the same image.
• Regenerate with different model, pose, or background settings.
• Provide feedback if the quality is not as expected.
